Any questions to be raised at the A.G.M. must be included on the Official Notice of the A.G.M. and this notice is simply to make members aware of the procedures in order to ensure they are included on the Official Notice.

1. Directors – anyone wishing to considered for election as Director of Prestwich Golf Club
must have been a member of the Club for a period of at least twelve months and be
nominated and seconded by fellow members.

2. Questions to be raised at the A.G.M. – only questions submitted in writing will be
considered at the A.G.M. This is to ensure that the Board have sufficient time to provide full
and factual answers to any questions raised.

THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR A.O.B AT THE A.G.M. A NOTICE IN RELATION TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HAS BEEN POSTED ON THE GENERAL NOTICE BOARD.

• Details of how to raise a question to be considered at the AGM are included on the Notice board.
